Located in the heart of Kansas City’s Creative Crossroads district, The Guild is a versatile venue suited for a wide variety of events, including weddings, fundraisers, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Its flexible layout and distinctive character make it an ideal backdrop for both intimate and large-scale occasions.

The Guild’s indoor space can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated event or up to 300 for a cocktail-style reception. The adjacent outdoor garden area also offers seating for up to 250 guests, providing a flexible setting for ceremonies or open-air gatherings.

The Guild offers a 6,500 square foot indoor space featuring a spacious open ballroom, along with a private 5,000 square foot urban garden adorned with café lights. This outdoor space provides a refreshing escape in the heart of the city and is perfect for garden ceremonies, picnics, or cocktail hours, with ample parking available nearby.
Inside, the venue blends vintage character with modern touches. Polished original concrete floors lead to exposed brick walls and soaring 12-foot windows. A 20-foot hangar-style ceiling showcases a striking salvaged 12-foot chandelier, positioned just in front of a custom-built bar. Floor-to-ceiling subway tile and reclaimed timber family-style tables complete the warm and inviting atmosphere.
The Guild rental includes:
250 black Chiavari chairs (indoor use)
250 black resin folding chairs
28 round 60” tables (seating for 8–10)
Two 4x11’ wooden farmhouse tables
Six 6’ folding tables
Six bar-height cocktail tables
One 48” round table
One 48” round table on wheels
This thoughtfully designed space offers both functionality and charm, ready to accommodate a wide range of celebrations.

Loose glitter and confetti are not permitted indoors or in the Guild Garden. Real candles are allowed but must be contained, as open flames are not permitted. All décor brought in for your event must be removed by the end of the evening.
