Beer & Wine
We provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic bars. We also manage the hiring of bartenders, procurement of alcohol, and securing of any necessary event permits for your party.

Customized Menus
Our menus are completely customizable to suit every discerning taste, personal preference and budget. Remember: your wedding menu should reflect and celebrate who you are as a couple. We’d love the opportunity to get to know you and create food that speaks to your unique style.
Food Tasting & Consultation
After we’ve provided you with a preliminary menu, quote and proposal that puts you on a path to perfection for your special day, we’ll invite you to our facility to enjoy a tasting prepared by our Executive Chef. At this point, you’ll also meet your event planner.
We’ll note your feedback on the food, then make tweaks to satisfy your unique preferences. Tastings can be arranged for up to 6 guests.
